HOUSE RULES ON THE PROGRAMMING

1. We created a workshop webpage as a “one-stop shop” for you to:

a. Quickly access the program.
b. Watch the module videos.
c. View and download the Handbook (and translated versions), Worksheets, and Presentations.
d. Submit the activities.

2. For Module 2 and Activity 1, please be ready to share an ODA or IFI-funded development project that you would like to report on. Kindly input the details for reference here.

3. After the 3-day workshop, please answer the Evaluation Form which is also found on the webpage.

4. Kindly be in the Zoom room 5-10 minutes before the workshop schedule.

1. Please turn on your microphone only when facilitating or providing interventions.

2. Kindly turn on your video to facilitate a better discussion, as long as it does not affect your Internet.

3. We will be taking group photos after every workshop day. In this case, kindly turn on your videos.

4. Please use the chat box to interact with other participants.

5. You may also use the chat box to reach out to the organizers.

6. Kindly click the RAISE HAND button for interventions.

7. Interpretation for Spanish, French, Arabic will be available. To hear your desired language, click the GLOBE icon on the bottom of your Zoom app and click the Spanish/French/Arabic. Also click MUTE OTHER AUDIO to avoid audio interference.
